Our very own UC Farms Chicks lay fresh eggs daily, available for $7.00 per dozen at our roadside stand! Simply grab your eggs from the glass refrigerator and pay using the small black cash box on the left—honor system style.

Unwashed, farm-fresh eggs can be safely left unrefrigerated for up to two weeks if stored in a cool, dry place. However, for longer freshness, refrigeration is recommended, as it can extend their shelf life to 3-5 weeks.

If eggs have been washed, they should be refrigerated immediately, as washing removes the natural protective coating that helps keep bacteria out.

When in doubt, do a float test—if an egg floats in water, it’s best not to eat it!
